Presentation summary:
Dean Bittner is the CTO and co-founder of RUNWITHIT Synthetics, a data science company that enables global leaders to design, optimize and compel better, more sustainable, equitable and resilient futures for all. RWI is leading the world in the generation of synthetic, scenario-based data to support decision de-risking, allowing leaders to make decisions with data from unprecedented conditions in the natural and built environment, to characterize and measure human impact before it happens, and to share the future of options accessibly using RWI’s 3D geospatial live visualization holodeck. In this presentation, Dean will provide a demonstration of some of RWI’s products and applications, and discuss his perspective of the business side of data science and how a DS start-up can achieve success in a fairly saturated market filled with tech giants.
